Please complete the form(s) at the back of the Plan and submit to the Board in case of an emergency. All community residents, renters, and tenants should submit their plan. Association Complaint Form
Per the 2012 Annual Meeting, below is the Association Complaint Form for residents to complete. This form was established for use by persons who wish to file written complaints with the Association regarding the action, inaction or decision by the governing board or Association inconsistent with Association bylaws, covenants or applicable laws and regulations. Please read the instructions carefully, complete the form, and submit it to the AMLSPOA Board of Directors for resolution.

Disclosure Packet Request Form
Realtors and/or current property owners will need to complete the Disclosure Packet Request form and submit to the AMLSPOA Board prior to the sale of AMLS property. There is a processing fee of $100 due with the Request form.
Reserve Study Fund
In May of 2017 the association hired MillerDodson to preform a Reserve Fund Study required by the VA POA Act. Below is the link to the document.

2017 Audit Review
Every Year the Board has an Audit Review done. This is normally included in your meeting minutes package. But in order to save the association money, the studies will now be available here.
